At its meeting of August 3, 2020, the City Council took final action to place two measures before the voters on the November 3, 2020 General Election ballot. The first is an increase of the City's Transfer Tax and the second is an authorization  for the City to sell bonds to construct a new pool facility in accordance with the master plan it approved in 2016.
