Posted on 03/14/2020

In a continuing effort to reduce the public health effects of COVID-19, the City Council, Commission, and Committees meetings may be held both in person and/or virtually. Members of the public, Councilmembers, Commissioners, and Committee Members have the ability to participate in meetings via teleconference and/or in person, depending on the COVID-19 situation on the date of the meeting, pursuant to the provisions of Government Code 54953.

The exact participation details are spelled out on the agenda for each meeting. To participate in the meeting by providing public comment, members of the public may use the ZOOM platform to make live, verbal public comments.

Any member of the public who needs accommodations should email the City Clerk at [email protected] or call (510) 420-3040 who will make their best efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to provide as much accessibility as possible while also maintaining public safety in accordance with the City procedure for resolving reasonable accommodation requests.
